Your workspace starts with a 14-day trial, with no payment card required at signup. Set up your locations, staff, schedules and kiosk, and explore the management tools. Integrations such as Telegram and Angel require their own configuration.
You create your company and owner account first. Then open Settings to add your first location, set up departments, and add your employees and their PINs. You can build a schedule and pair a kiosk when you’re ready.
ClockWork runs in a modern web browser, with layouts for desktop, phone and tablet. An iPad or Android tablet can serve as a shared kiosk. Try your chosen device during the trial; camera and passkey availability depend on its browser and hardware.
Yes. Keep the kiosk connected to the internet to check employee PINs and save attendance. ClockWork does not currently queue offline clock-ins.
Paid billing is based on locations. The owner can review the exact price and billing interval in Stripe checkout before confirming. All locations, including archived locations, count toward the subscription quantity. No paid subscription is started by the signup form.
No. Employees can use their assigned PIN on a paired shared kiosk. Owners and managers use accounts to access the management pages they have permission to use.
No. Reports help you review hours and, where enabled, hourly pay figures. ClockWork does not send wage payments, provide direct deposit or file payroll taxes.
Users with the required permissions can review and correct attendance records. Corrections are recorded in the audit log, so you can see what changed.
